The left wants seemingly unchecked immigration, has now seemingly been caught with illegals voting despite being told it's not happening… TABOR is hanging on by a thread, and yet we have a Billion Dollar projected deficit next year, after this years "special session to reduce the deficit" that functionally added a bunch more spending… more and more Somali Childcare Fraud and it's relatives is found, and jackasses like in California are trying to make it illegal to expose fraud… it took him blabbering like an incoherent Idiot on a live debate before the Democratic Party waved a wand and replaced him by decree…

Hit Colorado’s FY 2026–27 hole is in the billion-dollar class. House Democratic JBC members, after the March 2026 LCS/OSPB forecasts, said they still had to close “more than $1 billion.” LCS put FY26–27 General Fund revenue at $18.2B. Polis signed a $47B FY 2026–27 budget on 8 May 2026 (Gazette).

Hit Minnesota’s fraud complex is real and still widening past Feeding Our Future. Feeding Our Future is a ~$250 million COVID-era child-nutrition case: Wikipedia’s 2020s Minnesota fraud page, citing Star Tribune (18 Mar 2026), has 78 charged and 57 guilty pleas. 2025–26 follow-ons named in the same reporting cluster include Housing Stabilization Services (hundreds of millions alleged), autism services, and Medicaid. “Somali childcare fraud and its relatives” is a blunt ethnic shorthand for a real, multi-program mess — not a claim that every Somali provider is guilty.

Hit Biden’s exit followed the 27 Jun 2024 debate. He withdrew 21 Jul 2024 and endorsed Harris (AP, Wikipedia). Party-elite pressure is documented. “Decree” is rhetoric: there was no primary redo; delegates and endorsements did the rest.

Half California did pass a law aimed at people who publish investigators’ and immigration-workers’ personal information. AB 2624 (“Stop Nick Shirley Act”), chaptered 22 Aug 2026 as Chapter 117 after Newsom signed it (Reclaim The Net bill tracker: Assembly 57–19, Senate 30–10). It is an address-confidentiality program plus civil claims if someone publishes covered personal information or images with specific intent to incite imminent great bodily harm or a threat. It does not make “exposing fraud” illegal. Snopes rated the viral “bans filming daycares / Stop Nick Shirley Act” package Mixture, and the filming-ban reading False.

Half TABOR is under political pressure. It has not been repealed. The same March 2026 House Democratic release said FY26–27 revenue “falls narrowly above [the] TABOR cap,” which means the cap is still binding. “Hanging by a thread” is a vibe, not a legal status.

Misses

Miss The Aug 2025 special session did not “functionally add a bunch more spending” as new expansion. Colorado Politics (26 Aug 2025): 11 bills passed; “None of the bills passed Tuesday would raise taxes. Instead, they would allow the state to tap into cash funds and take other measures to fill budget holes created by the loss of federal funding.” Denver Post same day: cash-fund backfill for federal cuts. CBS Colorado: deal with federal funding cuts. KRDO framed the signed package as addressing a ~$1B gap. Backfilling lost federal dollars from existing cash funds is not the same claim as adding a bunch of new spending.

Miss “Caught with illegals voting” as a revealed program. Isolated noncitizen-voting prosecutions exist. There is not a documented, outcome-changing Democratic illegal-voting operation. FactCheck.org (6 Mar 2026) on DHS’s SAVE voter tool: the database is not a clean noncitizen list and generated false matches. Rare cases ≠ “caught.”

Opinion Unchecked immigration, tax-the-rich never stays there, court packing, 2A repeal, identity politics, Drag Queen Story Hour, clean-energy mandates vs foreign coal, existential left/right. Those are worldview lines. Not graded as facts. Court packing and 2A repeal are faction talk, not enacted Democratic control of the Constitution.

Why C and not B or D

The comment’s spine is: Colorado is broke after a fake deficit session, fraud is spreading, California is criminalizing the people who film it, and the national left is caught stuffing ballots. Two of four spine bones are solid (budget hole; Minnesota fraud). One is the wrong mechanism (special session). One is the wrong statute (AB 2624). That is a C: you can build a true argument out of the materials, but the comment did not.
